Building Learning Communities Limited (BLCL) is a not for profit company set up by Transform Schools and Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.
Established in 2004, we exist to develop, promote and manage community use of the various schools sites within the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) project in Rotherham.
Our aim is to make facilities available for all, whether you are a community group, a company needing a meeting space, or a group of friends wanting to get together to play football or learn a new skill.
BLCL offers a suitable facility for everyone, at a price which reflects the needs of the local community. Follow the centres link to see what facilities are available.
